My memorable problem is the changed double Grimshaw problem by C. G. S. Narayanan which received first prize in The Problemist 1975 and deservedly received the Brian Harley Award also.

What is special about this problem? An obvious try (the judge said "who would not push that WP?"), beautiful changes and wonderful construction. But what makes this more memorable is the fact that I was there when this problem was finished by Narayanan and I helped check the final version! What a day that was !
